Frequently Asked Questions
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. To cancel:
- Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → Candy Learning → Cancel
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Candy Learning → Cancel
Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Progress is saved locally on the device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, progress may not transfer automatically. Make sure you're on the same device. If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and app version.
Yes! Candy Learning is 100% ad-free and COPPA-compliant. We never collect personal information from children. All external links and in-app purchases are protected by a parent gate requiring a simple math challenge adults can solve easily.

Our adaptive AI tracks your child's performance in real-time — identifying where they struggle (e.g., the letter "R" or numbers above 10) and adjusting difficulty, repetition, and hints accordingly. No personal data leaves the device for this feature; it runs entirely based on in-session performance data.
Go to Settings → Manage Premium → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account used for the original purchase.
Yes. You can reset all progress within the app under Settings → Reset Progress. For a full deletion of any anonymised cloud data, please email us at support@candylearning.app with subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 7 business days.
