Welcome to Candy Learning! By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to use our app, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Candy Learning (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Who Can Use the App
Candy Learning is designed for children aged 3–12. Use of the App by children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who:
- Has read and agreed to these Terms on the child's behalf.
- Takes full responsibility for the child's use of the App.
- Is at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
03 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
04 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some features of Candy Learning require a premium subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing:
- Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled according to the platform's (Google/Apple) refund policy.
- All in-app purchases are accessible only after a parent gate to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.
- Subscription management is powered by RevenueCat.
05 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We are committed to children's online safety and comply with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy. We do not:
- Collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Display behavioral advertising to children.
- Share children's data with third parties for marketing.

06 Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, characters, logos, sounds, and AI-generated learning content — is the intellectual property of Candy Learning and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Educational outcomes may vary.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candy Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or learning progress.
09 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
